Zucchini Pie - Jill Walker

2 c chopped zucchini
2 c peeled and chopped tomatoes
1/2 c chopped onion
1/3 c Parmesan
1 1/2 c cheddar cheese, grated

Put in pie plate.

Mix:
3/4 c Bisquick
3/4 c milk
3 eggs
1/2 t salt
1/2 t pepper

Pour over veggies & cheese. Bake at 30 minutes at 400°
